Meet Jeremiah Delcostello

Hello just share a little bit about myself. I grew up on the water and love to hunt and fish. I am an avid bow hunter and tried bow hunting a few times in my life. Shooting fish you can’t eat so it never stuck. 5 years ago I paid to go bowfishing for snakeheads and was hooked. Built my first rig 4 years ago and on my 3rd bowfishing rig now. I have worked really hard the last 4 years learning the snakeheads and the best place for the best tides. I wanted to be able to find them no matter what once I start guiding. Had a lot of slow nights and had a lot of good nights.  One thing about snakeheads they breed 3-4 times a year and have a 30,000 hatchlings. Other fish breed once a year and have a 1500 hatchling. So these invasive species are destroying all the native fish and ecosystem. There is no known predator to these fish but fisherman and bowfisherman.

They’re gonna be around for a while. So doing something I truly love and know it’s helping our waterways makes it really fun for me!!
